On Sunday 23.07.23 our YENSA Family Festival took place as part of this year’s Kultursommerfestival Berlin place at Campus Dammweg.
A day full of Soul, Hip Hop, Reggae & Afrobeats live music and DJs, as well as dance performances by BIPoC artists.
There was delicious food from different African and Caribbean cultures and our young visitors could participate in a lovingly designed children’s programme.
More than 2,600 visitors gathered at Campus Dammweg, a beautiful green oasis in Neukölln,
to celebrate, to eat, to listen, to do crafts and much more.
We say THANK YOU!
“Yensa” means “let’s dance” in Twi (Ghana) and we certainly did!
