From September 2023 to April 2024, the free Afro-diasporic dance training, Black Dance Culture Program, took place again.

Over eight months, we offered a group of young dancers a varied program with practical and theoretical input from professional instructors. The Black dance cultures Hip Hop, House, Modern African Dances, Dancehall and Krump, as well as topics critical of discrimination were introduced to the young people as a tool for self-empowerment and everyday coping mechanisms.

The results were shown in a final performance on April 13 and 14, 2023 – JOURNEY OF DANCE – which the participants produced themselves with the support of MINCE e.V.
